Amway Indonesia Continues Its Philanthropic Involvement in Children's Hospitals

This is the fifth year Amway has worked closely with children's programs at the Dharmais hospital.

Amway Indonesia's support for children's hospitals

The RENOVATION phase two Clinic Children Hospital (RS) Dharmais completion was implemented. The concept of fun and interactive are expected to reduce the stress and fear of children.

Had cancer is certainly not an easy thing at hand. Especially in children who contracted cancer early on. Heavy loads as if still coupled with a rigid hospital atmosphere and creepy.

 

However, the impression will not be visible in the children's clinic HOSPITAL, Dharmais.

 

 

"This is the fifth year Amway does work closely with children's programs to Dharmais HOSPITAL and health," said Koen Verheyen, Amway Indonesia President Director, the opening of the children's HOSPITAL clinic Dharmais, West Jakarta, Wednesday (8/5/2013).

 

 

According to him, this is a second renovation at Dharmais HOSPITAL children's clinic does Amway as part of its social responsibility.

 

 

"We hope the second phase of renovation can alleviate a bit of psychological burden felt children cared for, to be undergoing treatment," sambungnya.

 

 

This clinic is equipped with a playground, a lounge, and a separate examination room. Selection of a cheerful ornaments make an impression of the Central Hospital to be eroded. The entire room is designed in a cheerful atmosphere, so it is expected to reduce the fear and stress in children with cancer.
