Global Conflict Minerals Symposium: Last Call for Speaker Submissions

The Conflict Minerals Consortium presents the inaugural Global Conflict Minerals Consortium taking place in Los Angeles, California on August 21-22 of this year. The Symposium coincides with the 1-year anniversary of the Dodd-Frank Section 1502 Conflict Minerals Final Rule.  

This invitation-only event will convene a diverse cross-section of speakers including U.S. State Department, Tata Consulting Services Group, Resource Global, Biogen Idec, Elm Consulting, University of California, Schulth Roth & Zabel, Global Witness, Parliament of Canada, European Union, U.S. Government Accountability Office, and more.

The symposium will provide participants with a forum to share their practical experience, insights, and vision for achieving conflict-free sourcing practices globally with the implementation of effective regulations.

Final speaker submissions are due by June 15, 2013.
