Workforce magazine has named Booz Allen Hamilton Lead Associate Alexé Weymouth to its prestigious list of “Game Changers,” a yearly award given to recognize top HR talent under the age of 40.

Since 2011, the Workforce Game Changers Awards have recognized high-potential young professionals, under the age of 40, who are making their mark on the HR profession. Game Changer award winners are a diverse group representing some of the best HR practitioners and strategists who are dedicated to pushing the profession forward with innovative people-management practices.

Alexé Weymouth leads Booz Allen’s Millennial Project, a program designed to attract the sharpest millennial talent to the 100-year old management consulting and technology firm. The Millennial Project is a portfolio of talent strategies, including research studies on this generation, quantitative models to select University Partnerships, an early engagement program to expose junior technical talent to consulting, an innovation-based 10 week competitive summer internship called the “Summer Games,” a Student Incubator to develop and prototype brilliant fresh ideas, and a way to invest in the STEM talent pipeline by working on social good endeavors through Stem Girls 4 Social Good.

Booz Allen’s Kristen Panichella, who nominated Weymouth for the Game Changer recognition, said, “Alexé has earned a reputation as a leader who will ‘get it done’ with amazingly creative and innovative ideas. Her consistent level of success can be directly attributed to her passion for engaging and coaching Millennials, her insatiable curiosity and visionary thinking, and her philanthropic nature. She continually pushes her colleagues outside their comfort zones to dream the art of the possible.”

Alexé said of the award, “This is a huge honor, and more than that, a real testament to the courage of Booz Allen’s leadership to embrace risk and pretty radical ways to attract and invest in people. Yes we’re a business; but first and foremost we’re a team of people driven to make the world different and better. When you invest in letting people mirror their passions through their work, they’ll never work a day in their life. That’s not just what Millennials want; that’s what everyone wants, and that’s why the brightest and most creative world-class experts come to Booz.”
