It’s been an eventful week for Greenopolis as we celebrated World Oceans Day, launched a new Facebook mini-game and attended the Sustainable Brands conference. For more on each, check out our recaps below:

World Oceans Day

The Greenopolis team was in full effect at the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium to celebrate World Oceans Day on June 4th - 5th. Check out our Greenopolis TV videos discussing fun activities and the meaning of ocean gyres.

In recognition of World Oceans Day, we launched our Ocean Aid campaign to raise awareness about the importance of oceans as our life support system.

Think Green Island

There’s a new name for trash and it’s energy! As part of our Oceanopolis Facebook social game, we’ve added Think Green Island, which is a driving game offering all-new gameplay in an all-new setting. Take quizzes, recycle and turn trash into treasure while you earn points to redeem for real-world rewards!

Sustainable Brands

Greenopolis is about making green the new mainstream. As part of our efforts, we constantly focus on building bridges with other sustainability professionals to develop new partnerships and programs. This week we attended the Sustainable Brands conference in California to share our latest technological innovations and learn more about sustainability trends from our peers. While we take the significance of sustainability very seriously, we’re all about making it FUN!
