Nonprofits should seek more corporate expertise, less cash | Dallas Business J…

Not-for-profit organizations should tap corporations' expertise rather than asking for cash to achieve their goals, a panel of corporate givers said during a discussion on probono work on Friday.

The recession and corporate belt-tightening have left big business with less cash for philanthropy, but they can help in other ways, said Blaine Nelson, managing partner for Deloitte LLP.
