What is special about this year’s report is that for the first time since it started publishing a sustainability report (in 2004), the company has adopted Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.

A company’s stakeholders — customers, employees, investors and regulators — increasingly recognize the key role of business in driving global sustainability.
