Black & Veatch providing EPC project services for Florida Power & Light renewable expansion program

The plants are part of an extensive renewable energy program designed to help deliver additional electric supplies to meet increasing population and business growth in the region.

It was challenging for customers to keep track of their balances, and they had to put forth a relatively high level of effort to make payments and recharge their accounts. The result is that prepay was seen as complex and cumbersome.
