Following the mudslide and ongoing recovery efforts in Oso, Wash., Pizza Hut restaurants and other pizzerias from Western Washington have donated 50-percent of all sales from two days earlier this week to the victims.
According to KBKW.com, one restaurant in Smokey Point donated 100-percent of its sales during the two-day fundraiser.
Proceeds will be given to the American Red Cross to be used in support of the relief efforts

Thirty-one PS Food Mart locations across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio surpassed their fundraising goal of $50,000 by encouraging customers to purchase $1 or $5 certificates, which were posted around the store as a sign of their support.
