Laura Brown, behavioral scientist, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Center for Environmental Health, discusses CDC findings on restaurant ill worker and food cooling policies and practices as well as recommendations for reducing the frequency of ill workers and improper cooling. Laura leads the design and implementation of the CDC restaurant food safety studies as well the analysis and dissemination of data from those studies.
