MGM Resorts International’s joint Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) council and its employee Network Groups (NGs) have been recognized for providing one of the Top 25 employee resource group programs in the nation.

Company leaders attended the annual ERG & Council Conference presented by diversity consultants PRISM International in Washington, D.C. MGM Resorts was named among the top companies in the U.S. for employee resource group programs, ranking sixteenth overall.

"There was a large increase in the number of applications submitted this year compared to last year, so we did well as a company," said Ondra Berry, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion. "More important, we learned quite a bit this year which will result in several recommendations for the MGM Resorts International CSR councils and Network Groups." About one year old, MGM Resorts’ NG program now includes 10 groups open to all MGM Resorts employees

In its sixth year, the prestigious ERG & Council Honors Awards recognize outstanding contributions and achievements of U.S. companies’ diversity councils groups. Individual resorts including Bellagio and MGM Grand have been honored in the past, but this is MGM Resorts’ first Companywide recognition from the organization.
