DENVER, September 26, 2018 /3BL Media/ - Arrow Electronics fills the number one spot in Hired’s annual survey of top-rated companies to work for in Denver.

“Our business is built on the strength of our people, and we continuously strive to be an employer of choice,” said John Hourigan, vice president for global communications at Arrow.  “It’s an honor to see those efforts recognized.”

Prior to reaching out to individuals at global and local levels regarding employment preferences, job-hunting site Hired shared a study to discuss what drives their efforts towards compiling these annual surveys.

In order to reach the most qualified and fitting talent for a given position, employers must understand the mentality of the job candidate, and that is the motivator behind this research. To help everyone find a job that they love and are most qualified for, Hired’s study emphasizes the importance of clearly outlined objectives and desires of the job seeker, such as company culture and benefits. Taking advantage of this suggestion and others detailed in the study will result in stronger corporate brands with room for growth.

After surveying different demographics, Hired compiles a list for multiple cities across the globe of, according to job seekers, the best companies to work for. Arrow has always been a contender for the Denver division, as it filled the third position just last year.
