DALLAS, November 10, 2020 /3BL Media/ – On December 1st, EarthX will kick-off the holiday season by celebrating Giving Tuesday with an inaugural fundraising campaign in support of important environmental programming that will help shape our world now and in the future. Such programs include a youth initiative, educational content for the world’s first environmental conservation streaming platform, EarthX TV, and an annual expo that brings together tens of thousands of people worldwide who are tackling some of the most important issues our planet is facing.

“Giving to EarthX is a wonderful way for anyone who is interested in helping restore our planet but isn’t sure where to start to get involved,” said EarthX Board Chair Lynn McBee. “We encourage everyone to join us on Giving Tuesday 2020 and make a gift that will go a long way in helping heal our earth through initiatives designed to educate, inspire and connect people worldwide who are bringing about real change.”

Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities, and organizations to encourage giving and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Every year on Giving Tuesday, millions of people across the globe mobilize to show up, give back, and change their communities. The goal is to create a massive wave of generosity that lasts well beyond that day and touches every person on the planet.

Being a part of the Giving Tuesday movement allows EarthX to share its mission with a broader audience and engage with new donors who share the dream for a cleaner, greener planet. An early giving program will also launch on November 11th and all EarthX social media platforms (@earthxorg on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) will highlight Giving Tuesday and the tremendous impact donors can make on our world. All gifts, large or small, help create change. EarthX also invites supporters who are looking for deeper involvement with its mission to join EarthxMembership. EarthxMembership provides opportunities to build relationships and expand networks around our shared desire for a sustainable future. Going beyond Giving Tuesday, members join a community of fellow planet heroes to help make lasting impacts on our Earth. EarthxMembership begins at the Earthling level with a tax-deductible gift of just $35 and makes possible the activities and events that inspire global change. Founding members who join before December 30th will have their gift matched dollar-for-dollar.
