Mr. Brown is a well-established sustainability and impact executive with a track record for driving growth to make a difference in the health and prosperity of people and society.  He currently serves as founder and CEO of Carabiner LLC, an advisory and enterprise building firm aimed at maximizing shareholder value with socially driven purposes.  Cabot also serves as a director of GW Pharmaceuticals Plc (NASDAQ: GWPH), a specialty pharmaceutical company based in the UK.  He also serves on the Board of Advisors of Epic CleanTec, a developer of wastewater treatment systems, and EarthKnowledge, a sustainability informatics company.  Recently, Cabot was selected as a UCSF Volunteer Patriot to advise start-ups seeking to create diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for patients suffering from COVID-19.  Mr. Brown has been a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School and the Haas School, UC Berkeley.  He has also worked as a journalist for the Los Angeles Times, ABC News and Rolling Stone magazine.  Mr. Brown earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction as a George F. baker Scholar and an AB cum laude from Harvard College in Government.
