Sandoz Certified Global Top Employer 2019
HOLZKIRCHEN, Germany, January 31, 2019 /3BL Media/ – Sandoz, a Novartis division, is honored to announce that it has been officially certified “Global Top Employer 2019” for its exceptional employee offerings globally. The certification is based on annual, international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute that recognizes leading employers around the world and their excellence in employee environment.

The Top Employers Institute is generally acknowledged as the global authority on recognizing excellence in people practices. Organizations certified as “Top Employers” dedicate themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive "people-first" HR practices. In order to be certified, organizations must successfully achieve the required minimum standard as set out by the Top Employers Institute.

Each Sandoz entity was validated on a country by country basis by the Top Employers Institute. In turn, each year the Top Employers Institute is audited by a third party.
The Top Employers Institute analyzes company practices and processes across the following areas: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture.
