The bike building event was part of a leadership training conference for auto dealers, called Ally Automotive Leadership Academy. During the conference, more than 100 people gathered to hear a panel of dealers and Ally representatives discuss the importance of giving back to their communities and then divided into groups to assemble 22 bikes.
