CITGO employees raise awareness in charity bike ride for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
LEMONT, Ill., Sept. 22, 2015 /3BL Media/ – For the 18th consecutive year, employees from the CITGO Lemont Refinery volunteered with TeamCITGO to ride 15 to 200 miles across the Northern Illinois countryside in the Bike MS: Tour de Farms in DeKalb, Ill., hosted by the Greater Chicagoland Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The annual charity bike ride is the largest of its kind in Illinois, bringing together riders of all skill levels in the fight against multiple sclerosis (MS).

CHICAGO, IL, September 17, 2015 /3BL Media/ – The unemployment rate in Chicago fell this year, but many youth and adults remain unemployed and in need of basic skills training, such as resume writing, interview techniques or life skills. These basic skills can help them find – and keep – good jobs.
It was a banner summer for the Players Trust programs that engage kids in their communities when school is out.
Buses for Baseball brought underserved kids to the ballpark, through City Clinics players helped inner-city kids learn the game, Action Teams partnered with players to serve their communities and Operation Backpack ensured that some of the neediest children will have sufficient school supplies when they return to the classroom.
As FOX prepares for the September 23 premiere of Empire's second season, the network is partnering with the nonprofit Notes for Notes for a new initiative entitled "FOX PRESENTS EMPIRE Behind the Beat." The campaign will raise money to build fully equipped music studios across the country for young people to have free access to instruments and audio equipment, as well as professional mentors to help them hone their talent. The program will inspire the next generation to create its own musical voice.
