As a matter of respect and concern for employees, Cascades Specialty Products Group (SPG) U.S. plants have been focusing on health initiatives for many years. Through health and wellness initiatives, the SPG plants have worked to increase employees’ knowledge and awareness of their health. For 2013, a new initiative was created called the 4-1-1, which stands for 4 tests, 1 goal and 1 healthy life. This initiative was SPG-wide in the United States.

Depuis plusieurs années, les usines américaines de Cascades Groupe Produits Spécialisés (GPS) placent la santé et le bien-être de leurs employés au cœur de différents projets. Les « Cascadeurs » sont sensibilisés à l’importance de maintenir de saines habitudes de vie et nous leurs offrons notre soutien pour y arriver. En 2013, un nouveau projet a battu son plein dans toutes les usines de GPS aux États-Unis : le « 4-1-1 » , pour « quatre tests, un objectif de santé et une seule vie à vivre ».

Sanofi Canada has presented a Care Challenge Award for innovative practice to three Quebec nurses as part of the “Connecting Nurses” program. The program was launched by Sanofi and Connecting Nurses in partnership with four leading international nurses associations last year to honor the accomplishments of nurses from around the world. Twenty global winners were chosen for this year’s Care Challenge Awards.
