The global spread of COVID-19 is unprecedented in modern times, affecting individuals, communities and businesses worldwide. From a corporate perspective, companies are frantically managing their business response, engaging continuity plans and navigating a complex and highly volatile landscape of business aspects. Keysight is no different, with our Global Crisis Management Team (GCMT) and other key personnel working exhaustingly long hours to ensure employee health and safety, as well as continued support of our customers, shareholders, suppliers and communities.

While walking through our headquarters campus recently, I heard dogs barking in close proximity. It was unusual given the expanse of the site, so I decided to investigate. As I rounded the corner toward our soccer field, I saw several police officers (human and canine) grouped together in what appeared to be organized training. At that moment I remembered a recent notice from our local Workplace Solutions (WPS) team informing us that the local police department would be utilizing our campus for K-9 officer training.
At Keysight, community engagement has been part of our DNA for 80 years of our existence. As a growth company, with next generation technologists, high value experienced employees as well as employees from acquisitions joining the company’s culture regularly, I have been asked how we successfully transition new teams and employees into Keysight’s social impact efforts.
