These students will be CITGO special guests for the 7:05pm Cubs game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday, August 31, with each child receiving a commemorative t-shirt and Cubs dollars for snacks. All Cubs fans attending the game have the chance to join in on the fun: the first 10,000 fans will receive Cubs player decals presented by CITGO.

CITGO employees raise awareness in charity bike ride for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
LEMONT, Ill., Sept. 22, 2015 /3BL Media/ – For the 18th consecutive year, employees from the CITGO Lemont Refinery volunteered with TeamCITGO to ride 15 to 200 miles across the Northern Illinois countryside in the Bike MS: Tour de Farms in DeKalb, Ill., hosted by the Greater Chicagoland Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The annual charity bike ride is the largest of its kind in Illinois, bringing together riders of all skill levels in the fight against multiple sclerosis (MS).
CITGO employees volunteer to help restore facilities for local special needs summer camp
Lemont, Ill., September 21, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Members of TeamCITGO, the employee volunteer team at the CITGO Lemont Refinery, helped Shady Oaks Camp in Homer Glen, Ill., prepare its grounds this summer for more than 60 special needs campers for the 2015 summer session. Shady Oaks Camp holds its beautification day annually to refurbish its 30-acre facility for both children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. This year, several volunteers from the Lemont Refinery participated in this day of service.
Lemont, Ill., July 9, 2015 /3BL Media/ – The CITGO Lemont refinery recently sponsored a clean-up day at the Lemont Heritage Quarry. The event saw more than 150 volunteers from CITGO, the Lemont Township High School and the surrounding community — who came out to remove invasive species, plant native species and clear trails in Lemont’s historic natural resource. This is the second CITGO sponsored clean-up day in the last year, a partnership which CITGO hopes will eventually return the Lemont Heritage Quarry to a beautiful and useful public recreation area.
Thirty CITGO Employees and Contractors Participate in 2012 Relay for Life

The CITGO Fueling the Fight Against Cancer team, made up of 30 refinery employees and contractors, raised $2,200 in the Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society, participating from 6 pm on Friday, July 20 to 6 am on Saturday, July 21.
