EG today shared its new Gender Transition Guide with employees, to better support transgender and gender non-conforming employees going through the gender transition process. These guidelines are based on recommendations from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and were developed in partnership with EG’s Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Advisory Inclusion Council (TGNC IAC), its Inclusion & Diversity I&D and People Teams, and the Pride Inclusion Business Group (IBG).
