The annual ranking is calculated by analyzing actions taken by over half a billion LinkedIn users and weighs three main metrics – job applications, engagement and employee retention – at U.S. companies with over 500 employees.

Comcast NBCUniversal was named one of the 2019 FORTUNE “Best Big Companies to Work For,” ranking #3 on the inaugural list, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune.
