October is LGBTQ+ History Month, shining a light on the milestones and individuals who have led the global movement for equality. Founded in 1994 by Missouri high school teacher Rodney Wilson, October has become a time to celebrate and teach the history of an underserved worldwide community across the globe.
NortonLifeLock is committed to celebrating and supporting girls every day of the year, and today is no different. Today, we are observing the International Day of the Girl's 10th anniversary. This important day builds off of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action which was adopted at the 1995 World Conference on Women, serving as a roadmap for advancing the rights of women and girls.
NortonLifeLock and the National Cybersecurity Alliance help parents and educators address cyberbullying

One of the biggest online threats facing people of all ages, but especially teenagers and young adults, is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a growing problem in schools due to the anonymous nature of the internet and the speed in which rumors, threats, and embarrassing photos can be disseminated. Our nonprofit partner, the National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCA), launched a campaign to help parents and educators understand what to do about cyberbullying, and I am proud to be a part of it.
