Initially conceived as an in-person, immersive learning opportunity, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a different approach.

Sands Scores 85 out of 100 in Human Rights Campaign's 2021 Corporate Equality Index


Sands has received a score of 85 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the United States’ foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. Responding to the survey for the first time this year, Sands joins 1,142 major U.S. businesses ranked in the 2021 CEI.

For the first time, Sands was named to DJSI World, representing the top 10 percent of the largest 2,500 companies in the S&P Global Broad Market Index, based on long-term economic and environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.
