Embracing Belonging at Alexion

Alexion encourages diversity of backgrounds and ideas. We genuinely care for and respect each other, working together as a high-performing team to deliver extraordinary results while embracing different perspectives.

Our commitment to gender and ethnic diversity extends to all ranks within our organization. Our executive team is majority female and represents multiple ethnicities. Similarly, more than half of all Alexion employees are female and represent a multitude of backgrounds.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

We sought to find advice from an expert as to how best to lead a team.

Compliance Champions

Every person at Alexion is accountable for doing the right thing for patients, every day. The Alexion Compliance team is not just tasked with ensuring that we meet this responsibility; they also provide the right guidance, clarity and resources to help us make decisions with integrity.

How does creating an environment where employees feel safe impact the quality of work?
