A group of enthusiastic lecturers at the University of Malaya in the Department of Physics established a working team in 2017, dedicated to Learning Enrichment through eXposition, eXperience and eXperiment, or otherwise known as, “LEARN-X.”

As a testament to the company’s continued commitment to transparency, ON Semiconductor has advanced from incorporating the global reporting initiative (GRI) report core version to comprehensive version for a second year in their corporate social responsibility report.
The ON Semiconductor Foundation is committed to serving the needs of communities through the investment of resources. Its primary focus of giving is in the areas of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) Education, Health, Disaster Relief, Environment and Human Services.
Since 2016, ON Semiconductor has funded more than $5 million in grants, employee matching and in-kind donations, as well as sponsorships and dollars-for-doers for employee volunteerism.

This month, ON Semiconductor takes the opportunity to celebrate Pride by encouraging all of our employees to celebrate themselves, each other and the qualities that make us different. In January 2020, ON Semiconductor launched its newest Affinity Network Group (ANG), Continua, a global source of advocacy, networking and education for all employees on LGBTQ+ topics. At the core of Continua is the belief that all employees, regardless of gender identity, expression or sexual orientation have one thing in common: we are human.

WLI is one of the seven employee-led affinity network groups used to create an inclusive and diverse culture at ON Semiconductor. The mission of WLI is to empower and support women to succeed through professional development in business, strategic and financial acumen.
