We believe that sustainability, like a good conversation, evolves to meet the needs and concerns of all involved.

Honda, Salvation Army Show they Care with Community Luncheon

More than two decades ago, just before Christmas, someone stole all the toys being kept in a South Bay Salvation Army warehouse. After learning of the break-in, a Honda executive in Torrance decided to try to rectify the situation. Honda would organize a holiday party at a hotel and allow the Salvation Army to invite needy people from the community.
