This workday was different for Ball because he was taking part in the annual Day of Caring, where dozens of KitchenAid volunteers find local nonprofit organizations to help for a day.

More than 200 volunteers, including T. Rowe Price associates, built a new playground at Gilmor Elementary School in West Baltimore.
The Gilmor project was one of three playgrounds raised in Baltimore, MD during the month of October as part of Play More B'More, an initiative spearheaded by KaBOOM!, a national nonprofit dedicated to giving all kids the childhood they deserve filled with play.
