Although we met our Morgan Stanley Strategy Challenge team just a few weeks ago, it seems as if we're already well into the project. At this point, the Children of Promise, NYC (CPNYC) staff and I are engaging with a member of our Morgan Stanley team on a daily basis.

We are now into our sixth week of the UK Strategy Challenge, and my team – Alan, Athena, Elizabeth, Harsha and Mark - is doing incredible work with Community Links. Specifically, they are addressing how Community Links can most effectively expand its services into the borough of Waltham Forest in a way that complements and enhances other charities' existing services in the borough.
As we move forward with the project, our team is learning how the Morgan Stanley Strategy Challenge is truly challenging simply because we have a lot to accomplish in eight weeks. We've established four work streams to conduct the necessary research on our partner, Children of Promise, NYC (CPNYC), so we can best manage the large workload of the project.
