Premier leadership development programs convene to examine best practices for cultivating next generation nonprofit leaders

Shortly after transitioning from Assistant Pool Manager to Refreshment Center Manager at The Venetian and The Palazzo, Sonila Dhima was made aware of courses offered through Sands Academy. In conjunction with the Learning and Development courses offered to all Team Members, Sands Academy established the Elevate Series, a series of courses focused on providing tools for leaders to manage their Team Members and build relationships to ensure success within their departments.
In July 2017, a group of 25 Sands China Ltd. Team Members were selected as the first class of Sands China International Strategic Leadership Program for Integrated Resorts. The class graduated on November 17 with a commencement ceremony at Sands Cotai Central.
Now in its fifth year, the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility was designed by and for those working in the CSR field as a practical, interactive, and affordable professional development opportunity for CSR practitioners.
