In 2015, the Amgen Foundation entered into a yearlong partnership with Khan Academy to help expand its free, online education offering to include science content. We’d seen how the power of technology can help improve science education and literacy around the world, and we were eager to do our part in those efforts.

NEW YORK, March 31, 2017 /3BL Media/ – JetBlue (NASDAQ: JBLU) today announced the latest round of grants provided by the JetBlue Foundation, an education-focused entity which furthers the airline’s effort to place aviation top-of-mind as a career choice for students. The JetBlue Foundation will help fuel six aviation programs with $162,000 in grants for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) based initiatives.

21st Century Fox businesses took home a collective 11 trophies from the 48th NAACP Image Awards on February 11, scoring wins for acting and directing on film and television projects such as Empire, Atlanta, The People v. O.J. Simpson, This Is Us, and Hidden Figures. The ceremony, which celebrates the accomplishments of people of color across the media landscape, was broadcast live on TV One and was hosted by Anthony Anderson.
