Walmart and the Walmart Foundation commit cash and in-kind product donations to assist organizations with recovery and relief services
BENTONVILLE, Ark., March 7, 2019 /3BL Media/ - In response to the multiple tornadoes that have impacted Alabama and Georgia, Walmart and the Walmart Foundation have committed to provide $50,000 in support through cash and product donations.

Last weekend a series of tornados wreaked havoc on communities in the Southeast and Midwest, leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected at this difficult time. While we can never truly replace that which has been lost, we at AT&T are doing what we can to help the victims of these storms move forward.
The devastation we have seen from nature in the past few years is mind numbing when you think about it all at once. Earthquakes. Tsunamis. Hurricanes. Floods. This spring in the United States, we’ve already seen historic destruction and loss of life from tornadoes.
Being a fourth generation Kansan, tornadoes are part of the landscape. The Wizard of Oz jokes get old from my coastal friends, but let’s face it, we live in a place dubbed Tornado Alley, so what do you expect?
As a member of the Oklahoma community, TransCanada extends its condolences to the family and friends of those who lost their lives in the powerful storms that struck the Oklahoma City area on May 20.
We are proud to help support the relief efforts in a small way through a $25,000 donation to the American Red Cross, the nation’s premier emergency response organization, in support of emergency response and preparedness in the Central Oklahoma region.
CVS Caremark Charitable Trust donating $25,000 to American Red Cross; will also match CVS Caremark employee donations to Red Cross up to an additional $25,000
WOONSOCKET, R.I., May 24, 2013 /3BL Media/ --The CVS Caremark Charitable Trust, a private foundation created by CVS Caremark, today announced that it will donate $25,000 to the American Red Cross to support the organization's tornado relief efforts in Oklahoma and Texas. In addition, the Charitable Trust will match tornado relief donations to the Red Cross from CVS Caremark's employees up to an additional $25,000, resulting in a potential combined donation from the CVS Caremark Charitable Trust and CVS Caremark colleagues of at least $75,000.
