Wastewater reuse is becoming a more wildly common practice as a sustainable way to control limited water supplies and many Middle Eastern countries are considering their reuse objectives. For example, Saudi Arabia has set a target of 11 percent of its water use to come from treated wastewater, which is suitable for domestic and industrial uses such as landscaping. This article describes the GE Saudi Water Reuse Summit that took place so that global and regional government and industry leaders could meet to explore ways to expand water reuse actions whilst showing inventive technologies.

Several Honduran radio stations and other media outlets have come under attack in the wake of a military coup in June, which has resulted in the cancellation of many broadcasts, including Media Impact’s radio soap opera about healthy environmental practices.
