Xylem’s 2019 Sustainability Report, “Water for a Healthy World,” launched today, revealed the Company had achieved a 28.3% reduction in GHG intensity, against a target of 20% set in 2014. The report also demonstrated over-achievement or material progress on all of its 2019 sustainability targets.

(NYSE:XYL), today announced it is partnering with Americares, a health-focused relief and development organization, to combat the spread of COVID-19. The new global partnership will deliver much-needed personal protective equipment, water and sanitation infrastructure repairs and WASH education to frontline healthcare facilities around the world.
As part of Manchester City’s Cityzens Giving Project, the Club teamed up with Official Water Technology Partner Xylem to build two new sustainable clean water towers in Bangalore, India for a second year.
Five City fans from across India joined Xylem employees and Club legend Paul Dickov to deliver access to clean water and sanitation to two new schools.
Xylem is proud to be a partner of St. Cassian School’s Scholars and Artists-in-Residence program. As part of this programs, students learned about water as a valuable resource and created a water filtration system. Sixth grade students participated in the World Water Monitoring Event, a program developed by Earth Echo and implemented by Xylem employees. The students visited Yantacaw Brook Park in Montclair and tested pond water temperature, turbidity, PH and dissolved oxygen level. They then recorded the result in a worldwide water monitoring data bank.

SUFFOLK, Va.,Feb. 5, 2020 /3BL Media/ – A rural Virginia family displaced from their home after their water well failed are receiving the gift of clean water today, marking the first project of Hometown H2O, a domestic water program aimed at bringing education and access to clean and sustainable water to people and communities in need across the United States.
Xylem Watermark was honored with the Model of Corporate Social Responsibility award during the 9th Annual China Charity Festival, held in Beijing on January 14-15. The award is in recognition of Xylem’s overall CSR performance, but highlights events implemented in partnership with China Women’s Development Foundation in October 2019.
Last week, Xylem Watermark launched its first Ambassador Recognition Week to thank its program Ambassadors for their leadership and dedication. Watermark Ambassadors represent each business unit in the expansion and growth of Watermark related programs and outreach.
