Cox Communications President Pat Esser Named to 2017 Highest-Rated CEOs List
Esser is a champion of Cox’s values-based commitment to its employees, serving as co-chair of its National Diversity Council and sponsoring the expansion of the company’s Employee Resource Groups.
He is well known for his dedication to enhancing the employee experience at Cox, utilizing internal “coffee talks” as an opportunity to engage employees for feedback and candid dialogue.
Last month, Esser was also recognized by Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s most Likeable CEOs. His open style of communication has established a work environment at Cox that fosters transparency in leadership and encourages the company’s culture of diversity and inclusion. He was also inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame in 2016.
