Closing the gap between awareness and action may represent the single largest opportunity for global sustainability progress.  In fact, the promotion of the action step is one of our sustainability consulting missions in facilitating business sustainability change. 

Integrating sustainability concepts into everyday activities at home and at work doesn’t have to be a costly or laboring process.  As we discuss in numerous posts, personal and business sustainability is an on-going process that transforms expanded eco awareness into manageable and value adding action. The key is to find the right incentives to initiate and keep a program going.   As a sustainability consultant, I encourage each business to look for the economic benefits as well as the organizational satisfaction of any pursued action.
