RSF Social Finance Releases Innovative Investment White Paper at SOCAP11 On September 8th, at a special session of the SOCAP conference in San Francisco, we will be releasing a recently published white paper, “A New Foundation for Portfolio Management.” This paper, authored by Leslie Christian, CEO of Portfolio 21 Investments with support from Don Shaffer, President and CEO of RSF, challenges current assumptions about risk, growth and utility, and proposes new principles to bring portfolio theory into the 21st century.   Click here to download the paper.

California Benefit Corporation Bill on Governer Brown's Desk

Assembly Bill 361, the bill that would authorize and regulate the formation and governance of a new form of corporate entity known as a benefit corporation, passed the California Assembly and is now on Governor Jerry Brown’s desk. RSF Staff at Work in the Community
