Arrow Electronics Employees Spread the Love

Two dozen employees from Arrow Electronics’ enterprise computing solutions business assembled more than 200 sack lunches last month for area homeless people who were turned away from a local housing shelter due to overcrowding.

In collaboration with the Mile High United Way, the Arrow volunteers made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, assembled the sack lunches and helped to hand them out at the shelter.

“On-site volunteer activities like this are a great way for Arrow employees to give back to the communities where we live and work,” said Alex West, manager of corporate social responsibility at Arrow.
