WSP Announces NEPA Nerd Campaign

As a celebration of Engineers Week and Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, we're excited to launch our NEPA Nerd campaign. The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) presents ever-changing challenges and problem-solving opportunities to master. When you have a passion for that kind of brain teaser, you become a NEPA Nerd.

Meet Katharine Mather, WSP USA planner.

Desired super power: "Being able to see into people's minds or to put yourself in their shoes - a lot of NEPA is reaching a consensus with stakeholders - being able to understand exactly what they need, and what their concerns are and how you can address them."

Advice for high-school self: "Take risks and put yourself out there. I find the rewards are worth that initial anxiety."
