FISHERS, Ind., October 20, 2022 /3BL Media/ - Land Betterment Corporation (“Land Betterment” or the “Company”), an environmental solutions company fostering positive impact through upcycling former coal mining and industrial sites to create sustainable community development and job creation, is thrilled to announce its ekō Solutions division has expanded its housing product offerings to include a NOAH+ compliant Park Model line of homes.

Park Model Homes, although considered recreational vehicles, are transportable and primarily designed for long-term or permanent placement at a destination where an RV or Mobile Home is allowed. The ekō Solution shipping container Park Model Home is designed and built to an engineered blueprint while being rigorously inspected by NOAH third party inspection standards. NOAH is an organization that certifies Tiny Homes, RVs, Mobile Homes and Park Model Homes to ANSI 119.5, a building code focused on ensuring homes are built safely with quality building standards. The Park Model ekō shipping container unit can be deployed and set up quickly, similar to an RV and can be installed in a vast amount of property types from existing residential properties to RV and Mobile Home Parks, and even campsites.

Tom Sauve, chief development officer of Land Betterment stated, “Our team continues to be nimble and able to respond to our customers’ growing and diverse needs. The ekō Solution shipping container division now offers mobile bathrooms, command center units, temporary housing for disaster situations, and permanent housing. Both institutional and individual customers wanted a mobile and easy to hook up housing solution.  Our newly released ekō Solutions shipping container based Park Model Home delivers this solution in a sustainable, safe and affordable fashion. Additionally, these units have beautifully designed exteriors and interiors.”

Pete Rodriquez, president of ekō Solutions noted, “This is a major milestone for ekō Solutions as it brings actionable solutions to our customers’ wants and needs. The demand for innovative housing and structures with creative design grows each day. Our team at ekō is excited to bring another product offering that can help our customers.”
