Michigan CITGO Station Recognized by Dearborn City Beautiful Commission

DEARBORN, Mich., July 13, 2016 /3BL Media/ – Promoting a sense of pride and beautification in the Dearborn, Mich. community, Bazzi Oil & Gas Company, a CITGO Petroleum Corporation Marketer, recently received the Dearborn City Beautiful Commission’s Business Standard of Excellence Award for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of its CITGO station property.

Located at 7954 Greenfield Road in Dearborn, the CITGO station was one of 14 local businesses recognized out of more than 4,000 in the area for contributing to the civic responsibility and pride of the city through property attractiveness. This is the second time that Bazzi Oil & Gas received this award, having been first recognized for its beautification efforts back in 2010.

According to Dearborn city officials, attractive businesses add to the appeal of Dearborn and help to bring in more homeowners, visitors and customers.

In addition to honoring businesses, the Dearborn City Beautiful Commission also sponsors events in public and private schools in Dearborn, including annual cleanup parades and other environmental awareness programs.
