ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY, October 21, 2016 /3BL Media/ - The Bard MBA in Sustainability has launched the Sustainable Business Fridays series as a podcast. The first of its kind, this podcast brings together Bard MBA students with leaders in business, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship for discussions on industry trends.

These conversations, approximately 30 minutes long, go live twice monthly on the first and third Friday of each month and can be subscribed to via iTunes and Podbean. In partnership with GreenBiz, all podcasts are transcribed and posted at The Sustainable MBA on the day the podcast drops.

Sustainable Business Fridays was launched in 2013 as a live dial-in conversation series as a chance for Bard MBA in Sustainability to students to engage sustainability leaders around their work. Students are required to secure the interview, write the questions, and host the conversations. Current Bard MBA student, Katie Ellman—a television producer— is taking the lead on producing the new podcast series in response to the growing popularity of the medium and to increase accessibility to followers.

“We are thrilled to have a talented student take Sustainable Business Fridays to the next level. Our students have important conversations with everyday sustainability heroes and this will broaden the reach of those stories,” according to the Bard MBA program director, Eban Goodstein, PhD.
