WASHINGTON, August 31, 2016 /3BL Media/ - PYXERA Global announces organizational changes intended to enhance the experience of its client base globally. The non-profit has grown tremendously in breadth and depth over the past five years.

“Partnerships with companies, foundations, as well as multi-lateral and government funders are critical to the organization’s continued impact,” said the organization’s CEO, Deirdre White. “I have been so pleased to work with our clients in this critical space and remain focused on ensuring our organization is appropriately staffed to deliver on our promise.”

To support the development of effective partnerships, PYXERA Global has created a dedicated Client Engagement Vice President position. Harry Pastuszek will transition from his current role as VP for Enterprise and Community Development to assume this new VP for Client Engagement role.

In his new role, Mr. Pastuszek will be dedicated to client engagement across the portfolio of PYXERA Global’s Enterprise and Community Development and Global Pro Bono programs. Mr. Pastuszek brings the benefit of multiple perspectives to his new role, courtesy of lengthy experience first with the Environment and Social Development Department of the International Finance Corporation and later as the Sustainable Development Manager for Bechtel Corporation’s Mining and Metals Global Business Unit. He will continue to lend strategic counsel to develop and deliver PYXERA Global programs in Local Content and Integrated Community Development.

Amanda MacArthur, formerly the Vice President of our Global Pro Bono practice, will assume oversight of all of PYXERA Global practice areas as Chief Program Officer. With her extensive development and international experience, including her 14 year tenure at PYXERA Global, Ms. MacArthur is well positioned to lead PYXERA Global’s pioneering efforts not only in its Global Pro Bono practice, but also the organization’s Enterprise and Community Development practice area.

Gavin Cepelak will assume the position of Vice President, Global Pro Bono from his position of Senior Director, having spent the last eight years contributing significantly to the development and expansion of the practice.

In a related move, Vice President of Operations, Soud Habbas, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
