This is the fourth consecutive year that Repsol Ecuador presents its Corporate Responsibility Report, prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, G3 edition, published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), with an A + application level, for the third year running. The information contained in the document was verified by an independent auditing firm.

Repsol’s outstanding initiatives in Ecuador, on Corporate Responsibility (CR) in 2011 include, among others, the creation of a Corporate Responsibility Country Committee, composed of business and corporate units that manage aspects of CR, in which priority initiatives that make up the 2013 Sustainability Plan in the country have been defined and selected. This Plan includes specific commitments with measurable indicators in the field of ethical behavior, respect of human rights, promotion of safety, containment of environmental impacts and also, related to employees, in terms of diversity and in terms of integration and balance of work and personal life.
