During its initial launch phase, between November 2018 and May 2019, the OAM portal not only put energy information and functionality in our customers’ hands but also gave back and improved the quality of life for all the communities in which we serve. During this timeframe, every individual/customer who signed up for OAM was able to make a $50 donation to one of four non-profit organizations — on behalf of NRG.
