South Oakland Shelter (SOS) has been helping end homelessness in Michigan’s Oakland Country for individuals and families in crisis for over 30 years. Last December, Epsilon provided a $25,000 matching gift to SOS’s end of year campaign, effectively adding $50,000 to their operating funds. Through this partnership, South Oakland Shelter recognized Epsilon with the 2018 Annual Impact Award for Outstanding Corporate Partner.
Kara Kluver takes on more and more responsibility at Epsilon, thanks in part to a Plano nonprofit called My Possibilities.
When Kara Kluver started working full-time at Epsilon in the spring of 2016, her main job was handling the many packages that were delivered to the Irving offices of the global marketing firm. Today, as “dockmaster” for Epsilon’s seven-story building, Kluver not only accepts and delivers and tracks the packages on an iPad, but also confirms the identities of vendors and contractors who enter the facility and restocks the company’s multiple business centers every day.

On June 23, Epsilon and Conversant associates helped spruce up Chicago Public Schools buildings as part of the 25th annual Chicago Cares Serve-A-Thon, the city’s largest day of community service.
The event saves the Chicago Public School District around $3 million in facilities improvement and maintenance costs every year. Our associates and their families started the morning at Daley Plaza and volunteers then canvassed the city, primarily focusing their energies on fixing up neighborhood schools in the city’s South and West sides.

In Recognition of International Women's Day Our Leaders Share Why this Day Is Important
International Women’s Day shines a light on everyone’s talent. The day highlights the strengths and the ability that women have to lead us and help us be more successful. With more than 55% of our associate population comprised of women here at Alliance Data, we are recognizing this day not only for our female associates, but similarly for the 9,000 men who also make Alliance Data a best place to work.
Epsilon, an Alliance Data company and next generation marketing agency, made an investment in the SF-Marin Food Bank's client data tracking tool two years ago. A tool that, much in the same way we leverage data to help give our clients deeper insights into their customers, allows the Food Bank to better understand the clients they serve, how to effectually manage and distribute resources and measure their success - allowing them to operate more effectively and efficiently.
