Students recognized for improvements in the ABC’s – Attendance, Behavior and Course Performance
June 9, 2017 /3BL Media/ - Ahead of the summer break, FCA US LLC hosted the third annual ‘Big Bike and Book Giveaway Day,’ presenting 150 elementary and middle school students with new bicycles, helmets and children’s books in recognition of their improvement in one or more of the ABC's – Attendance, Behavior and Course Performance.
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees constitute a sizeable global workforce population, and more than ever, leading companies are acknowledging their contributions. With many global organizations now focused on building inclusive cultures in which all employees feel engaged and valued, LGBT issues are becoming a critical priority in workplaces around the world.

For those of you who know the Case Foundation, we’re bullish on the impact investing movement and the power of private capital for public good. While still a relatively small market, impact investments are surging, with some seeing a trillion-dollar market potential by 2020. Against that context, we do a lot of thinking about what is standing in the way of tipping significantly more interested investors to activated investors.
When it comes to the championship of any sporting event, all eyes are on the athlete. And reasonably so, given that the athlete has poured thousands of hours into preparing for this one moment. However, we often forget about all the other people who help athletes turn their dreams and aspirations into reality, specifically the coaches.
As FOX prepares for the September 23 premiere of Empire's second season, the network is partnering with the nonprofit Notes for Notes for a new initiative entitled "FOX PRESENTS EMPIRE Behind the Beat." The campaign will raise money to build fully equipped music studios across the country for young people to have free access to instruments and audio equipment, as well as professional mentors to help them hone their talent. The program will inspire the next generation to create its own musical voice.
