May 14, 2019—For the third year, Sanofi has published its Integrated Report, "Our Responsibility for the Future”.
This year, the report took on a shorter, bolder format. In this latest edition, we illustrate our commitments and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, giving them a clear, concise, and comprehensive vision of our business model. We also provide key information about the company, its strategy, its value creation, and its sustainable governance, as well as its financial and non-financial performance.
On June 28th, Sanofi, a global healthcare leader, released its 2017 Integrated Report. This report is a reflection of the company’s vision, linking sustainability performance to business results, showing Sanofi’s contribution to the major challenges and key issues that must be addressed today. It is a communication channel for a wide range of stakeholders.
Thousands of residents of Puerto Rico were vaccinated against influenza on Saturday, March 10, in the largest single-day mass immunization campaign in the island's history. The territory-wide campaign was organized by VOCES (Coalición de Vacunación de Puerto Rico), in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Department of Health; Direct Relief, a medical relief nonprofit; and other health entities. Sanofi Cares North America (formerly Sanofi Foundation for North America) donated the vaccines.
Leadership teams from Sanofi and RVCC have created a structured mentoring program for students and an enriching experience for Sanofi mentors. Sanofi's volunteer mentors are mid- and senior-level employees representing science and research; technology; marketing and communications; and business and finance.

While there are thousands of experimental drugs currently in development, with the potential to ease symptoms or even cure various diseases, none of these treatments will become available to patients without clinical trials and clinical trial volunteers. In a global study conducted by The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) a non-profit-organization, in 2017, close to 70% of the public has never or rarely considered clinical trials as an option when discussing treatment options with their doctor or health provider.
The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation has released a new educational video. Sponsored by Sanofi US, the digital public service announcement is designed to increase awareness of the important role that clinical research participants and clinical trials play in advancing public health.
The MILL (Millennials Influencing Learning and Leadership) employee resource group works to drive innovation and sustainable competitive advantage for the business by highlighting generational value and developing young leaders.
Recently, this group helped a Monroe County single mother of three through Monroe County Habitat for Humanity. Employees put finishing touches on her family’s home: cleaning and painting rooms, power washing the front porch, installing shutters, etc. Because of MILL's contribution, this family was able to enjoy a safe and warm home for the holidays.
WISE (Women Inspiring Sanofi Excellence) and its Swiftwater chapter SwiftWISE serve as a catalyst for women to reach their full potential. Within SwiftWISE’s goals of connecting and developing women, this ERG also aims to provide a safe and open forum for women to seek support, share their perspective, and find inspiration. To that end, SwiftWISE’s community focus includes aiding local domestic violence victims and encouraging STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) education for local students.
The CancerConnect employee resource group unites employees who have a passion for supporting cancer patients and survivors. The Swiftwater group rallies around the following cancer-related causes in Northeast Pennsylvania with both financial contributions and employee engagement:
