Kings, Wild to wear 'ENOUGH' stickers, proceeds of 50-50 Raffle will be donated to Ventura County Family Foundation, Kings players will match donations
LOS ANGELES, November 8, 2018 /3BL Media/ – As part of tonight’s Kings-Minnesota Wild game at STAPLES Center, both teams will help honor the victims and those affected by last night’s tragic event in nearby Thousand Oaks.
Some of the details for tonight’s game, which begins at 7:30 p.m., are as follows:
In July, at the U.S. symposium, six Amgen Scholars shared what they love about science. From the power of energy to the magic of molecules, these students share their unique perspectives on what drives their research.
Amgen employees from the Corporate Audit team at the Thousand Oaks, CA HQ volunteered at their local Habitat for Humanity. Not only did they learn valuable skills, they helped provide housing for families in need.
Amgen Foundation has been, and continues to be, deeply committed to investing in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education and promoting science literacy. To ignite a passion for science in students, it is crucial that they have access to hands-on experiences in the classroom. Likewise, it is essential that teachers are equipped with the knowledge, resources and professional development opportunities needed to inspire their students.

As we clambered out of the bus, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Amgen Symposium which was taking place over the next few days. I had already spent the previous four weeks as an Amgen Scholar at Caltech getting to know my compatriots there, but this was new territory on another campus and with every Amgen Scholar in the country.
