WEC’s outgoing Chair, Kelly Semrau, formerly the Senior VP of Global Corporate Affairs, Communication & Sustainability, SC Johnson, commented that “she has been honored to lead the organization for the last three years and is confident in the future of our programs and governance given the strength and leadership profile of the new officers.”

Now America's cities are burning in reaction to the death of George Floyd at the hands of police in Minneapolis, and the deaths of Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and Robert Avitia, the latest victims in a wave of violence against people of color.
For those of us dedicated to sustainable development, it can be hard to stay focused on long-term goals that seem remote in comparison to today’s urgent crises.
