These ‘water malls’ are expected to employ 200 young adults as distributors and offer entrepreneurship opportunities to community members offering related products and services.

Youth unemployment has been recognized as a global problem. According to the International Labour Organization, as many as 73 million young people were estimated to be unemployed in 2013; and in developing areas, where 90 percent of the global youth population lives, stable, quality employment is especially lacking1.
